Pio­neer Court is locat­ed in Wilsonville, Ore­gon and is home to the head­quar­ters of net­work solu­tions com­pa­ny, APCON. They have remained a ten­ant of this facil­i­ty for over 13 years.

This prop­er­ty was orig­i­nal­ly con­struct­ed in 1979, opened in 1980, and was com­plete­ly remod­eled both inside and out, in 2006.
